deep breath.

slow down & tune in to the
expansive world & wisdom within you.

here’s where you can find me.

  • sacred stillness is a holistic yoga class that aims to incorporate all 8 Limbs of Yoga–including a blend of gentle asana (movement), svadhyaya (self-study), dharana (focus/concentration), & dhyana (meditation).

[**don’t worry if ur neurospicy like me, stimming is fine! it’s more about finding inner stillness.**]

week to week may vary to include pranayama (breathwork), sankalpa (intention setting), & ceremonial aspects (community altar) rooted in ancestral traditions. start your week with a sense of clarity, openness & groundedness. as oppressive people & systems try to keep us in a loop of fear, disconnection, hopelessness & despair, the way out is in.

note: this class is typically every week at heartfelt yoga however from march-june, it will be 2x/week to accommodate their current yoga school cohort. check the schedule here for in-person class. on the off-weekends, class will be online. sign up for virtual class here.

  • this class is a gentle style of yoga that focuses on relaxation. using props (provided by heartfelt) to offer support to the body during long posture holds, you can relax more fully into the poses as you engage in gentle passive stretches. this releases tension and opens the energetic channels throughout your body in a more restful way

book a class here & let’s breathe together.

mutual aid

please consider supporting the accessibility of natural & ancestral healing practices in the K/llumbus community. any amount helps.

I am currently fundraising for a healer’s network + clinic project I’m organizing. The intention of this project is to connect ancestral healing practitioners and to support the community in feeling more resourced when it comes to their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. [I intend to organize the project within Columbus–with the hope to extend it to my hometown–Cleveland, OH–in the future].
