I am currently fundraising for a healer’s network + clinic project I’m organizing.

The intention of this project is to connect holistic healing practitioners & support traumatized communities–especially 2SQTBIPOC–in feeling more resourced & receiving more adequate care for their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I intend to organize the project in Columbus first–with the hope to extend it to my hometown–Cleveland, OH–in the future.

in addition to these trainings, my offerings are a culmination of learnings from my personal lived experience navigating chronic illness & chronic pain and ancestral wisdom passed on to me through my decade long journey to find relief. I am now fully free & recovered from that daily suffering & hope to share some of the tools & resources that were foundational & essential to the rest of my healing efforts.

  • I am a certified Mindfulness and Compassion Meditation Teacher and 200HR YTT Yoga Instructor. I received my training through Heartfelt Yoga and ThePath. I currently offer group meditation classes called Sacred Stillness on Sundays at 10AM and Restorative Yoga Asana at 7PM on Mondays (both) at Heartfelt Yoga.

    Techniques I may guide include but are not limited to:

  • with a focus on restoration of body mind & spirit, I offer group classes of gentle restorative, yin & vinyasa asana. my approach aims to honor the Eastern roots of yoga in India through the incorporation of all 8 Limbs of Yoga (rather than just asana–movement–as most practice here in the US). in our fast-paced, capitalist world I believe the most powerful medicine we have can only be reached by slowing down & tending to our inner garden.

    my yoga offerings may include but are not limited to the ancient teachings of:
    • yamas– such as brahmacharya (right use of energy)
    • niyamas–such as saucha (cleanliness), santosha (contentment), tapas (discipline), svadhyaya (self-study), isvara pranidaha (surrender)
    • asana (movement)
    • pranayama: breathing techniques
    • dharana: focused concentration
    • dhyana: meditation

  • I am an intuitive Earth-based healer, ancestral medicine practitioner & ritualist approaching dis-ease from a holistic lens—with care for mind, body & spirit. please reach out to inquire about one-on-one private healing sessions custom tailored to you, your body, as well as your goals & intentions.

i've spent the last decade doing work I enjoy as a creative freelancer. Though this is not my latest work, you can see some of my past projects here. I am currently shifting to focus more on the creation of community-based offerings [listed above].

i am however open to designing with orgs/projects that are aligned with my values, goals & interests around holistic, decolonial approaches to health & wellness that centers more accesible care for 2STBIPOC & other minoritized communities.
