let’s normalize
more accessible care
+ sustaining caregivers with a
3-tier sliding scale payment model
ancestral wisdom & indigenous science is priceless, however we must honor this sacred work & those who steward it. your support via higher price tiers keeps me housed, fed & helps allow for momentum to be created for future projects.
as I’ve learned from my wonderful mentor, Carla Perez, money has a spirit like anything else, we've given it a life so we must call in this resource & allow this good work to be sustained.
this is what money should be doing. let’s keep redirecting it from somewhere else where it shouldn't be going to move it towards the kind of caring, heart-led world we want to build.
pick some ✿—give some ✿
you're invited to pick some flowers, to get an idea of how many you can give.
please read to select your tier. suggested amounts varies by offering so after identifying your tier, refer to the registration page for the offering you’re interested in.
The highest dollar cost reflects the true cost of the class or service. It is the cost that would be charges to all in the absence of a sliding scale. If you’re in Tier 1, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you’re able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic privilege and power in our community. [source]

No One Turned Away For Lack of Funds. I will never ask you to “prove” why you need to pay a lower amount. if these tiers are not accessible to you, get in touch to discuss alternate energy exchange or payment installments.
some examples could be completing a questionnaire, providing a testimonial, sharing my posts & offerings, hanging flyers, administrative support, etc.these are just a few examples–I’m also open to suggestions!
please note that in order to sustain myself, the number of non-monetary options are limited each week so NOTAFLOF is still subject to availability.
*basic needs = food, housing, transportation
**expendable income might mean you are able to buy coffee or tea at a shop, go to the movies or a concert, buy new clothes, books, and similar items each month, etc

affirmations
I note when I am focusing too much on scarcity. I care for myself by affirming what feels abundant–trusting that in this process, I am attuning to the frequency of prosperity.
my resources, like every other aspect of the natural world have their own growth cycles.
regardless of my financial situation, I deserve loving community, deep rest, and tools for healing and joy.
I am aligned with the energy of wealth. I am a magnet and money flows to me effortlessly, even when I rest.
why sliding scale?
I recognize that people who need care services the most often cannot afford them. a sliding scale pricing structure evens the playing field–allowing people with fewer resources to pay less to access the same services. participating in this method is an opportunity to create cultures of care & alleviate barriers that have separated targeted communities from ancestral medicine & healing.
I offer sliding scale options to help those minoritized & underserved by systems & cultures of supremacy–especially QTGNCI2 communities of the global majority [aka queer & trans people of color like myself].
why? because not only was our current systems designed to keep us at the bottom of a made up hierarchy, but the under supported & silenced in our communities are typically the ones who hold the medicine the world is in desperate need of right now. I truly believe that, and if this is you––I want to support you in believing that for yourself too.
we need you. thank you for being here.
