hi, i’m alé.
(they/siya)
i’m a multi-disciplinary creative: graphic designer + illustrator + breath worker + faith healer + intuitive guide
i love putting my heart & soul into creating soft spaces for people to gather in community & heal together. where we can let go of everything we’ve been told–all the limiting binary beliefs about who we’re “supposed to be”. where we can accept & share our whole selves, however imperfectly. wanna co-create meaningful spaces together? i’d love to hear from you to see how we may collaborate.
design
for over 10 years, I’ve had the great pleasure of doing work I enjoy as a graphic designer. i’ve been a freelancing for 5 years, and I am open to new clients!
if you’re looking for someone who can design engaging sales enablement materials or an expert at creating visuals for marketing initiatives, get in touch, and let’s discuss how we can work together!
healing
in addition to these trainings, my offerings are a culmination of learnings from my personal lived experiences navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, and mental & physical disability.
I once believed recovery was not possible for me, but after finding freedom from that daily suffering, I am passionate about sharing the ancestral wisdom that helped make that healing possible.
-
I am a certified Vipassana Meditation Teacher (some people also call this Mindfulness and Compassion Meditation). I’m also a 200HR YTT Yoga Instructor. I received my training through Heartfelt Yoga and ThePath.
in our fast-paced, world I believe the most powerful medicine we have can only be attained by slowing down & connecting with our full selves–body, mind & spirit. my approach exercises our emotional & spiritual muscles, allowing us to strengthen focus & concentration of the mind. the way i practrice meditation is about developing much much more than just these skills, but the list is honestly too long so follow along with my work online or come join me irl & find out for yourself!
you can view current classes here.
techniques I may guide include but are not limited to:
• mindfulness of breath
• mindfulness of sounds
• mindfulness of thoughts + emotions
• body sensations
• metta
• vipassana
• walking/moving
• opening to life
• noting
• chakra cleansing
• affirmations -
my approach to this mindfulness-based movement is gentle and often leans toward yin, hatha, or restorative styles. my hope is to support the release of urgency & challenge us to embrace slowness so we may learn to understand the subtle art & language of our own bodies as a portal to collective consciousness & community care.
I hope to honor the Eastern roots of yoga in India through the incorporation of all 8 Limbs of Yoga (asana, movement, is only 1 of 8). many Western practitioners remove the spiritual aspect of yoga which is inherently the root of yoga. the intention of asana was to access certain energy centers, the unseen, the subtle body. with my practice, I share ways to care for yourself energetically & spiritually without pressure, judgement, or expectations of cosigning any particular religion.

I’m fundraising for a healer’s network + clinic initiative.
the intention of this project is to connect holistic healing practitioners [already resident in our community] to traumatized & under supported communities. we want to increase visibility of just how resourced we already & build on that rather exhausting energy relying on systems that don’t work for us. we’re seeking donors & fiscal sponsors, please share! learn more here.
any amount is helpful!
please send contributions to: @ale-luya on venmo or @ale8luya on cashapp with the comment “sacred seeds”. thank you!

“I feel so safe and supported in sacred stillness that I’m able to take a pause to really listen to what my heart is asking of me which I intend to incorporate into my day to day.”
“Having a neurodivergent instructor who is anticipating nonverbal needs, encouraging stimming, allowing space for playing with and getting settled/comfortable with different props, and offering varieties of grounding options including crystals, affirmation cards and a community offering has been so needed. Alè is very open and willing to take any questions afterwards and as a community-centered human, they do an incredible job at sharing their knowledge, expertise, background and healing practices.”
