celebrate the scorpio full moon

immersed in nature’s medicine.

*

  • we’ll co-create a community altar in the cave to honor the nature within and around us. supported by the rock salt + breathwork, we’ll clear negative energy and create spaciousness in body, mind, and spirit.

through guided vipassana meditation, we’ll strengthen emotional and spiritual resilience, and close by writing gratitude letters to the Universe alongside the full moon.

  • the salt cave is lined with over 10,000 pounds of Himalayan rock salt boulders and granulated salt rests on the heated floor. the salt is millions of years old and contains over 84 trace minerals that are absorbed by the human body.

this natural medicine from Inang Kalikasan (Grand Mother Earth) is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, clearing the lungs and helping you breath easy.

stress, anxiety, depression, asthma, allergies, eczema & other respiratory or skin conditions often improve after repeated salt sessions.

  • **bring clean white socks with no colors on bottom. new white socks available for purchase if needed.

you’re also invited to bring a journal & any objects/offerings to add to the altar–anything related to nature that feels sacred to you [i.e. fruit, flower, shell, leaf, feather, stone, jewelry, art, etc].

arrive 15min early to complete the consent form and allow time for yourself to transition & settle into the space.

this class will include a mixture of:

mudras [energy work], pranayama [breath work], slow restorative movement [asana], and meditation [dhyana]. we will tend to both the physical & the subtle body.

practice from the comfort of your home or for some grounding as you travel. props used could be a yoga mat or banig, pillows, blocks [if accessible], and a blanket.

[preferably within a minimum of 3 hrs in advanced please] salamat!

what is sacred stillness?

“Restorative asana with Alè has been one of the life-changing offerings I’ve gotten the privilege to take.

I regularly use my favorite heart openers that I learned in their classes. Prompts like ‘notice where your thoughts wander to and gently call your energy back to you’ during meditation have been essential in starting to comprehend meditation as a full experience rather than a destination.”

accessibility of natural, holistic & ancestral healing

I’m co-creating & fundraising for a healer’s network + clinic initiative.

we intend to bridge the gap between holistic healing practitioners and traumatized, under supported, & marginalized communities. our goal is to connect the people with loving and affirming health care. we aim to reimagine healing infrastructures and increase the visibility of the abundant resources already present within our communities right now.
