asana with ale
“Restorative asana with Alè has been one of the life-changing offerings I’ve gotten the privilege to take.
I regularly use my favorite heart openers that I learned in their classes. Prompts like ‘notice where your thoughts wander to and gently call your energy back to you’ during meditation have been essential in starting to comprehend meditation as a full experience rather than a destination.”
