What is a
pain doula?
Meditation coaching, as I practice it, is an integration of meditation, breath work, coaching, somatic practices, and energy healing. Its a personalized, multi-disciplinary approach to deepening your inner awareness through mindfulness practices designed just for you.
It’s a partnership, a two-way dynamic exchange co-lead by both parties that supports you in connecting to your most free, most aligned, creative self, and it’s not about becoming that version of you.
You already are that person, and I am here to guide you in re-membering how to access them.
I truly believe you have all that you need already within you. You have the answers you need, but sometimes it’s beneficial to have support to help us clear the excess & the noise and receive them with clarity.
It’s like having a personal trainer for your mind, a guide to your heart & new doors to your spirit. Its working with someone who has expertise and compassion–a skilled mentor by your side as you explore the expansive inner landscape of your own consciousness.
Working with the science of the brain and nervous system blended with ancient techniques, my approach is about more than just “fixing” problems. It’s about getting to the root, discovering a deeper intimacy with your core self, helping you connect to your inner knowing to transform your life, and allow you live in a way that feels aligned and fully alive.

As a meditation coach, I help you develop your own meditation practice & learn how to live the wisdom with professional guidance–providing structure, accountability, & custom techniques to help you overcome blockages & barriers.
I will get to know you–your background, lifestyle, goals, & obstacles. Together we will uncover what’s holding you back or causing your suffering–whether it’s conscious patterns, subconscious beliefs, or emotional blocks. I’ll then design sustainable practices to support you that fit ease-fully into your busy life. As you progress, we’ll adapt your practice to meet your evolving needs & apply the insights to specific challenges that may arise.

If you’re curious but not quite ready to commit, you can book a one-time introductory alignment sesyon.
This 44-minute session is a preview designed to give you a little taste of how meditation coaching can support your transformation. We’ll focus on a specific challenge or aspect of your life you’d like support with, whether that’s processing grief, releasing anger, breaking personal patterns, etc.
You’ll leave with practical guidance and a clearer sense of whether or not meditation coaching is aligned for you at this time. This is not a sales call. It’s a real session [only shorter] meant to meet you where you are.
